The ZIP is a self-contained deployment (Windows 11 64-bit).

Create a directory, unzip the contents, and run it.

To associate .sg files, save a SlideGrid file, double-click that, and Windows will prompt you to select a program.

Navigate to your install directory and choose slidegrid.exe and the "Always" button, and after that you can just double-click .sg files to launch it.
