Is this an option for you? I made this so I could setup a test environment when I don't already have one.

I did manage to make it launch the server in debug mode. However you must setup a remote debugger in eclipse like usually for bukkit..

Then remote debug that way... Still experimenting..

Also the part where it launches server. It does not launch a console. The console is in eclipse. Thus if you terminate console the server continues to run with NO GUI what-so ever.

This is the best way I can do it without that hanging process..
