This workshop will teach you the biology behind proteomics, how to conduct proteomic analysis, and how to associate them with both phenotypic and genetic outcomes.
This workshop was constructed in R 4.5.1 and RStudio 2025.05.1+513 This workshop is considered an advanced workshop where participants should understand the basics in R, how to install and use basic packages, and troubleshoot basic code.
