Add in a YOLO-format uploader together with VOC, COCO, masks.
Follows the same format as the VOC uploader, however reorders upload sequence for the COCO conversion. YOLO annotations are stored as relative sizes, so image dimensions are needed before the conversion to COCO.
Untested on my local setup.
