Update README description

Remove CI workflow

Initial release: ArgumentParser + CLICore migration

Migrated from standalone saddle tool to ansilithic org.
- Swift ArgumentParser with status/up/remote subcommands
- CLICore for One Dark color palette + auto TTY detection
- Extracted URLHelpers, GitHelpers, GitHubAPI from monolithic Saddle.swift
- All 17 parser/URL tests passing
- Standardized Makefile with release target pointing to ansilithic/saddle
- GitHub Actions CI
