Idea: Include as script in package.json.
Maybe not though, package.json is not at the root level of the repo. Adds an extra step of cd'ing into that directory specifically.

Possible stretch goal: Generating the new plugin directly in the program's plugin folder rather than/in addition to this repos?

This PR creates a plugin generating script.
Examples are moved directly into inline documentation inside of a template fixture. This allows
docs/creating_plugins.mdto be less verbose. Though I did add some additional clarifying language to it.
