add function: Single error statistics for 5G log

增加了复测Pass的log 摘要，COL_Fail_Comments,用于对比各次测试的2G参数具体数值,判断被测单板的真实状况

add more FAIL information to COL_Fail_Comments column for 2G Cali log.

手动修改test_08.py : line 150 ~ 163,缩进减少4个空格。
