Added version info to the file

Adding ENVO slim with the following changes from the primary ontology…

… file:

1) Remove obsolete classes
2) Create grouping class 'environment' and put most of the top-level classes beneath it, excepting those that were clearly not environments
3) Create grouping class 'administrative region' and put the four different administrative region-related classes beneath it
