Thanks for sending these commits. For now, I'll pull in the ones that just affect the build system. However, we ask folks who submit source code patches to sign a contributor agreement, which just says that we share the copyright to the code that you submit. This allows us to reserve the ability to build commercial extensions to Hypertable at some point in the future.
