This fork was built using:
- Qt 4.8.4
- CMake 2.8.10.2
- Visual Studio 2010 Ultimate & Express
- Run: "build/Make VS10 Project Files.cmd"
- Open the resulting solution file: "BCI2000.sln"
- Right click on the top-level solution and build all
