Greek Software Ecosystem is a community-maintained collection for people exploring software and technology careers in Greece. Among other things, this repository holds a sortable employer directory (with weekly Workable open-role snapshots where applicable), curated job-search links and tips, pointers to Greek tech podcasts, and a short list of remote café / laptop-friendly workspace resources—linked from the overview below.
Currently tracking 252 companies, with Athens as the leading hub (171 offices). 50 teams are fully remote, 123 hybrid, and 33 on-site. The most common sectors are IT Services (51), AI (34), Software Development (31), Consulting (25), IT Consulting (21).
