Extended support: works via Chrome or Firefox

The program is ready to run without any pre-configuration, but it is better to run in order:
config_setup.exe -> Elib_parser_*.exe

config_setup.exe: saves your preferences in config.json
Elib_parser_*.exe: the main program files, use the configuration from config.json and executing through Chrome/Firefox.
