Isolate 0x1454 gradient colors from main color table

0x1454 records are now in a separate gradientColors table, only
reachable via inner_ref chain from style records. Direct shape ref
lookups can no longer accidentally match gradient parametric data,
which was causing yellow stroke pollution.
