Automatically ignore backup and compilation files by LyX and LaTeX/pdfLaTeX when managing the .pdf manual of VSTENO. It won't remove the two hidden documentation files documentation_v02.lyx~ and documentation_v03.lyx~ but prevent the inclusion of similar ones in the future (e.g., documentation_v04.lyx).
Their removal was not yet

This removes two backup files generated by LyX while compiling the manual (version 02 and 03).
The new .gitignore file will prevent these backups generated by LyX about LyX to be included e.g.,
en route of preparing version 04 of the manual. A few typical intermediate files and logs running
(pdf)LaTeX equally are considered, too.
File
documentation_v01rc_bak.lyx, neither is in the scope of.gitignore, nor removed manually;because it may be useful for some tests.
