Bar style detectors.

In line with these new classes the VANDLE naming conventions have been
changed to be type "vandle" subtype {small,medium,big}. The left and
right desiginations are handled as tags now. This has served to allow
a quicker and more condensed building of VANDLE bars.

In addition, we have renamed ChanIdentifier -> Identifier to keep in line
with the file name reflecting the class name.
