Merge of branch where all of the GoAT root branch names were changed

Some changes from tarball, see summary below.

The attached acqu-master compiles without error on my X86-64 laptop, with root v5.34.06.

To summarise the changes
TAcquRoot...my recent change to recognise Mk2 format
TA2Mk2Format my recent bug fix
HitD2A_t double check that all recent changes (including mine) in
TA2Detector the version in git was missing my bug fixes 2011/12
TA2Particle the version in git had changes I wasn't aware of...ie didn't have in my core
MCBranchID the version in git had a change I wasn't aware of
TVME_V792 this is DAQ but I put in the new version of this class for completeness
Release.Notes I have updated this to include the above changes
INSTALL.sh I extended this to also build AcquMC. AcquMC is used in Glasgow
