Main changes

• Version 1.0 of the Eukaryotic mitochondrial cytochrome oxidase subunit I gene (eKOI) database is now integrated in the Web interface.
• Please note that the flat files for the SSU rRNA genes have very little changes. So you can use either version 5.1.0 or 5.1.1
