Include the C101 camera in documentation (README.md and SUPPORTED.md) and add a comprehensive test fixture at tests/fixtures/smartcam/C101(US)_5.0_1.4.3.json. The fixture contains discovery and API response data for the C101 (Hardware 5.0, Firmware 1.4.3, US) to enable unit/integration tests and validation of support.
