👋 Hello, I'm Ritesh Modi

I'm a Principal Engineer at Microsoft and the AI/ML EMEA Community Lead, with over two decades of experience in delivering enterprise-scale solutions. My expertise spans Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, MLOps, LLMOps, GenAIOps, Blockchain, and Cloud technologies.

I'm passionate about driving innovation, sharing knowledge, and empowering the developer community through open-source contributions, writing, speaking, and mentoring.

I've authored several best-selling books:

🛠️ Open Source Contributions

I actively contribute to open source, leading and maintaining several projects:

  • GenAIOps Azure AI SDK Template – Implement GenAIOps using Azure AI Foundry
  • RAG Experiment Accelerator – Experimente and evaluate RAG patterns with Azure OpenAI and Azure AI Search
  • LLMOps PromptFlow Template – Implement GenAIOps using Azure Prompt Flow
  • MLOps Model Factory Accelerator – End-to-end workflow for training, evaluation and deploying models
  • MLOps DSToolKit – Structured repo for MLOps on Azure
  • MLOps Accelerator for Edge - Training and deploying multiple models on edge
  • MLOps PromptFlow Prompt – PromptFlow pipelines to accelerate LLMOps

Also a contributor to the Terraform AzureRM Provider used by developers worldwide.

  • azurerm_servicebus_subscription new datasource – Contributed new Data Source azurerm_servicebus_subscription resource
  • validation rules for azurerm_postgresql_firewall_rule – Added Rules for start_ip_address and end_ip_address for azurerm_postgresql_firewall_rule
  • Bug Fixes for azurerm_virtual_desktop_application_group – azurerm_virtual_desktop_application_group name allowed length is 3-31, should be 1-260
  • Plus many more

My Major contributions are in Microsoft Repos and most of the contributions are only visible after single-sign-on.
