Just modified copyright dates.

New:

• library code is now contained in renamed directory cpp-11;
• copyright dates have been modified;
• c++20 implementation temporarily abandonned.

Very first release of library CppBMPLoader. Documentation is ok. The sole implementation of the c++11 version of the library is currently released.
