Hi, I'm Stefano. I am a researcher in theoretical physics and here you can find all my scripts, notes and scientific tools that I developed throughout the years. I also publish here all data and assets of my publications for the sake of scientific reproducibility. This page is an ongoing project: I'll try to keep it updated with more content, software and notes as long as I keep doing this job (which is definitely not guaranteed, if you know academia, LOL).

Short bio: I have Ph.D. in physics from Imperial College London where I studied hot electrons in plasmonic nanoparticles and electron-phonon interactions in ceramic nanomaterials. I then moved to Singapore for a post doc. There, I developed several new frameworks to study excitons in low-dimensional semiconductors and at the moment this is my principal field of research.

Computes electron and exciton properties of single wall carbon nanotues.	Lectures, python notebook and exercises in computational physics.
Ballistic diffusion of particles in 2 dimensions within user defined boundaries.	Transfer matrix method at normal incidence with 4x4 matrix formalism.

• I have recently started to use uv and it's amazing. Slowly I'll shift all my python repos to use uv (hopefuly, LOL).
• This github readme works as a portfolio, but soon I will try to use github pages, to give it a nicer look.
