This plugin has options to disable WordPress core, plugin, theme, and translation updates.
We do not recommend disabling WordPress Auto-Update Mechanism for security reasons.

1. Go to Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin.
2. Upload the ZIP file.
3. Activate the plugin through the Plugins screen in WordPress.
4. Go to the OptimWP menu under Settings and configure the options to disable or remove some crumbs.

Deactivate and then activate the plugin on the WordPress Plugins page.
