Hackademia is a unique blend of an Interactive Software Development Lesson and Hackathon-Like competition, happening on Discord over a one week period.
For our first Session, our challenge will be learning web development by making a website.
The Creation will be themed around Space!
This could mean that your project idea is based off of outer space or even a cool visual, interactive website with outer space graphics/animations. The possibilities are endless!
Eligibility
This hackathon is for SFU students. In addition, you must have already signed up and recieved an acceptance letter to be eligible for prizes and judging. If you have any questions about these rules, please reach out at [email protected], or DM any of the exec team on the SoSy discord.
Requirements
Upload your website to devpost in a way that is fully interactable and it works properly.

The winner of the instructor vote and the winner of the community vote will both recieve gift cards!
1 gift card per participant, $25 per person.
