Welcome to Jawaid.dev. By accessing or using this website and my consulting services and tools, you agree to the following terms.

1. Services

I provide consulting and development services in the PHP ecosystem, including but not limited to API/backend development, refactoring, system migration, and integrations. All services are delivered remotely.

2. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate project requirements and necessary access.
• Ensure timely communication and feedback.

3. Payments

• Payments are processed securely through Merchant of Record.
• Fees are agreed upon before project commencement or retainer engagement.

4. Intellectual Property

• Upon full payment, clients receive rights to the deliverables, except pre-existing tools, frameworks, or libraries.

5. Limitation of Liability

• Services are provided on a best-effort basis. I am not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
