What is VMP?

Each batch of Storesâ¤com Cash you earn has its own expiration date. If you made the purchase as a Storesâ¤com Member, thatâs 365 days from the date your order ships. For Non-Members, itâs 30 days. (Yep, another reason you should probably be a Storesâ¤com Member.)
Can expired Storesâ¤com Cash be recovered?
No. Expired Storesâ¤com Cash is gone for good. You can check your expiration dates at storesâ¤com/cash â itâs a use it or lose it situation.
What happens to my Storesâ¤com Cash if I cancel my Membership?
Storesâ¤com Cash you got from purchasing something as a Member keeps its 365-day expiration. That doesnât change. But any future purchases you make as a Non-Member will have a 30-day expiration (and be earned at the 5% rate instead of the 10% Members get).

No, Storesâ¤com Cash cannot be merged or transferred between accounts or people.
What happens to my Storesâ¤com Cash if I return or cancel an order?
If you used Storesâ¤com Cash to pay for an order that you cancel or that gets canceled for any reason, your Storesâ¤com Cash is returned to your account with its original expiration date. Likewise, any Storesâ¤com Cash earned from an order thatâs canceled will be removed from your balance. If your order is partially refunded, your Storesâ¤com Cash earned is reduced proportionally.
What's my order number?
We do this a little different.
Instead of an actual number, we generate three random words in adjective-adjective-noun format. Your order number is these three random words. Youâll find it on your orders page.

How do I cancel my order?
You can cancel an order yourself up until the moment we start processing your order. Simply visit your orders page and click the âCancelâ link.
Can I change my order?
We cannot make changes to an order once itâs been placed.
Our Customer Support team cannot change your shipping address for you. Youâll need to cancel your order and place another order with an updated shipping address.
If you ordered the wrong item, youâll need to cancel your order and place a new order for the correct item.
How Do I Use a Coupon?
To use your coupon, simply find the âGot a coupon code?â link at checkout. Itâs below your payment info and just above the Order Summary. Click the link, paste or type in your code and hit âapplyâ to receive your discount.
Why can't I buy more of a specific product?
Because of our low prices, we set a maximum quantity that each customer can purchase.
This helps ensure our customers are the ones taking advantage of our great deals instead of resellers who would buy up products and resell them at higher prices on sites like eBay.

Our payment processor, Stripe, has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry.

Delivery estimates are calculated by taking the estimated shipping date and adding the transit time (the time it takes a package to travel from our facilities to your destination address). The transit time is calculated using business days, meaning Saturday and Sunday donât count toward the transit time. Holidays are also taken into account when calculating the transit time.

Purchases are covered either by a manufacturerâs warranty when available, or by a Meh warranty, as indicated in the product specifications detail. Purchases that arrive damaged, defective, or DOA may be replaced or refunded at our discretion provided you notify us within 21 calendar days of item receipt.
