Common topics
Account & data
- To download your Brackets and StringLog data or delete your account, go to your profile page.
- To delete CourtSnap data, go to Settings → Delete All Data in the app.
- To export CourtSnap entries, go to Settings → Export Data in the app.
Brackets Pro
- Manage or cancel your subscription on your billing page.
- Payments are handled securely through Stripe.
StringLog
- StringLog uses the same sign-in as Brackets — no separate account needed.
- You can delete individual play sessions and setups. A setup can be deleted once all its sessions have been removed.
- If a string or racket isn't in the catalog, you can add a custom entry.
