What is the difference between PestPac's residential and commercial customer portals?

The standard residential portal lets customers log in to view balances, pay invoices, request service, and view service history. The commercial portal adds open condition tracking, trend reports with heat maps, device summary reports (bait stations and traps mapped on floor plans), a pest sighting ticketing system, a document library for SDS sheets and compliance certs, and detailed inspection history. Can customers make payments and view inspection reports through the PestPac portal?

Yes. Customers can view all invoices, pay via credit card or ACH, request service, and access their complete inspection history. Commercial portal users can also run custom reports filtering by area, date range, or target pest — and export to CSV or graph format. The pest sighting feature creates service tickets from customer-reported issues, notifying both the office and the next scheduled technician.
