Methane is the worst for the environment. We need to drop the $2 billion in yearly subsidies quickly and reach for the plant-based milks.

Yesss! I like chocolate soy milk (a dark chocolate flavour from Silk). For ice cream, cashew base is my fave!

Definitely! Ben and Jerry’s (the vegan line, almond base) has a chocolate brownie one that’s tasty. My favourite is mint chocolate chip from a Toronto/Ontario (for now :) place, https://honeysicecream.ca/ (cashew bases). My cardinal rule for vegan ice cream is to avoid coconut base ice creams unless the flavour is coconut, because the base will invariably impart some flavour
