Then it died right before it had to start paying anything off. Now it’s all things to all people. The firefly I imagine and the firefly someone else imagines are totally different, and it was going to be both.
Instead of animation they should just let this series be.

I agree, it was around just long enough to set everything up. Characters, settings, plot all established.
