I’ve been riding motorcycles for a couple decades and now that they’re all fancy and computer controlled, most bike have their ECUs cracked within a couple years. Granted most of the time it’s to remove Euro-5 emissions controls 🙄, or remove speed limiters. But could this be an option to disable car surveillance?

I recognize car companies will probably retaliate by saying you voided warranty, but so far most motorcycle companies don’t do that.

I proposed to my wife on that volcano. One of our favorite places in the world.

We let the small tour group we were a part of go ahead so I could propose in peace. Then we ran to catch up with them on way to tour van. They asked where we were and my wife held up her ring and said, “we just got engaged!”. All of them looked at us blankly and then kept walking.

We had dinner and then sat at the swim up bar at Tabacon hot springs. That whole country is magical. When we were younger we went there every year for a while. So full of lush nature, beautiful vistas and an incredibly nice population of people concerned with their natural resources.

Ah, yes. Our neighbor’s shrub is forever the shrub that might be hiding a bologna sandwich. (They had their 3 year old family member visit and he’s a little messy.)
