Cheese is very tricky. Many vegan cheeses are just horrible. And they seem to have different state taste changes. I.e. Violife Smoked Provalone is bland and snaps like cheap plastic when cold. But melted it tastes great and has a perfect melted cheese texture.

I understand what you are saying. There is often a sport role that everyone assumes dads and sons do too.
But part of that is even though we have moved past fixed gender roles our society still has age old things that are going to take time to blend out. For example my dad is a repair/fixit /hunting/fishing /sports guy from that gendered era. As a kid I really disliked team sports, so wed go fishing… Just quality time and quiet reflection.
My mom was art and books, and baking. We had lots of intellectual discussions growing up…about morality, ethics etc. Quality time with my mom was her showing me how to sew, or sharing art.
The male role model, is showing positive influence…rather than negative toxic violence or fist fighting, etc. So that can still be hanging out fishing with a man…it doesn’t have to be hangingout with dad and knitting.
The diary free parm gets mixed with the bread crumbs when you coat and fry the eggplant. The topping is violife shredded
Its topped with violife shredded cheese. For the parmiagiana I mix the bread crumbs with a dried grated dairy free parm. I will get the name brand next time I buy it. I tossed the container in the recycling in the morning so I don’t have the label handy. Its a kraft like plastic shaker container with a light blue label
0 is Nil or naught, zed is for Z
There is an EV company that understood and is make a blank Slate truck. I think the initial PR said no radio or navi, just a blank dash. Because people who want nav could add it or use a phone. Drops Costa by staying simple.

Canada@lemmy.ca•Experts report a surge in interest among American academics looking to move to Canada
21·1 天前I’m no economist, but if Canada becomes the desired place for top notch minds, then students might come from everywhere to study under these people, and maybe that increase in enrollment fosters higher wages.
We were due for a new car, but because of all the data garbage wasn’t keen on brand new. My wife found a 2004 car in mint mechanical condition and pristine interior, so went back in time.

181·2 天前I met a Chinese prof that left China after the Tiananmen Square problems, then left USA after trumps first term because he recognized the same government pattern coming, so he’s in Canada now.
Hopefully we keep getting more talent
If you mean the USA, it appears to be by design. The ruling class wants productive workers, not a society with a healthy system
Everyone is different. My friend’s son is autistic but is an amazing gamer.
My son has down syndrome and was gaming with a controller at about 3. Kids pick stuff up fast
Go to home depot when they have wrong mixes or customer returns, I got a bucket for the price of one gallon
Also, uni doesn’t have to be about career, it’s personal growth. There is a good book, which I forget the title right now, about how countries that stop teaching the arts start to have less critical thinkers in society and just become factory minded workers with no questioning of the capitalistic nature their country is pushing onto them to only increase profit. So really we should all have free schooling to grow as a society, even if your passion is making the perfect latte
You asked: What are the rest of us supposed to do LOL. If you don’t like local policy, and in a country thwt isnt going to change, move to a country that has free Uni. There are many like Germany where as long as you show you are integrating you can get school paid.
Probably a wise thing to do anyway. :)
Trades is the best bet. I left Uni, and went into a trade. At 23 I had a house, wife, car, and baby on the way—Trades can be surprising lucrative, and can lead into other avenues via the variety of skills learned.
For example, now I train engineers how to use their software or how to solve the technical problem they face via the sequrnce of tools in the engineering program.
In some cases I’m earning more than the engineers. Their paper might open other oversea jobs though.

If you do save the tree, hard apple cider turns out great if you use a good grade champagne yeast.
