I want to see this from other angles. Obviously, this is the only one that looks good.

21·1 year agoAh ok, fair enough. I did read the article, but I didn’t realise that was what you were talking about - perhaps quoting the bit you’re responding to would stop me and others being confused.

21·1 year agoWhich comments are you talking about? There’s one comment that’s deleted by a mod, and mostly everyone else is talking about Germany.
I’ve even gone to your instance to see what you see, and seems like you’re complaining about something that’s not present.

423·1 year agoYou’re being downvoted for your strawman framing. Recognising that Netanyahu’s actions in Gaza (and farther, now) are unethical and illegal is absolutely not the same as calling for another Jewish genocide. Being pro-Palestine does not mean you’re calling for the destruction of Israel or the murder of Jews.
There seems to be a fairly successful effort to frame any opposition of Israel’s actions as antisemitic, which is a disgraceful attempt to use the suffering of Jewish ancestors as a shield against criticism today.
I disagreed until you pointed that out.

2·1 year agoI find stereo mixes are better for more smooth audio levels - if you get a surround mix (assuming you don’t have a surround sound system), then the centre channel is too quiet in the downmix. You might be able to boost the centre volume, which depends on your setup.
I mostly use private trackers, and normally the only stereo is in multi-track releases so you will waste a bit of storage there (plus they tend to be larger, high quality files).

There’s two tiny heads inside the hoodie. It’s like in cartoons where small characters stand on each others shoulders in a trenchcoat.

1·1 year agoI find there’s aot of bad advice around shoes - particularly the idea that lots of padding and support is helpful.
I went to a physio who said my feet were flat and wanted to sell me inserts/special shoes. I instead fixed that with stretches and exercise.
It’s like if I’d complained that my arm hurts when lifting something heavy and instead of looking at my form and helping build up the muscles they said “just wear this sling”.
I’m getting on in years and all my other runner friends have bad knees, but I wear minimal shoes and have good barefoot form.
Got a bit off topic… yes, walking is great for losing weight as the body doesn’t seem to consider it as exercise - it doesn’t compensate by being lazy afterwards (which it does for most exercise).

27·2 years agoThis one gets weirder the more you look. There’s the guy typing on an imaginary keyboard (or using an invisible mouse), the fact that no-one really has any eyes, or that dark character who’s got some device suspended in front of his face?
