
Still on an (extended) gap year.
I’ve found that the way i’ve approached things was not really healthy in the long run.
And I’m not really going to get a programming job anytime soon for the moment.
I still do some projects for myself in my free time, but I’m looking more into something that’s not mentally taxing and gives me the time to work on what I enjoy.








I suppose many people nowadays rest by scrolling on their phone. Which is fine if you need physical rest, but it definitely does not help with overwhelm indeed.
I try to just lie down and daydream a bit, or meditate. But when I’m really overwhelmed, it’s difficult to keep myself from randomly scrolling, and that makes it worse until I just shutdown.
Not sure what a good way is to retrain this habit.
Nice to hear you enjoyed the trip, even though you missed the concert and festival.
