It isn’t the paper that dulls scissors, it’s the silica in white paper. Craft paper is fine. Although cardboard is brown it’s also full of dirt and will dull your scissors in one fell snip.
A guy found a magic lamp and a Genie popped out and offered him infinite wisdom or infinite wealth. He asks for wisdom, the genie grants it and disappears in a puff of smoke. As the smoke clears the guys says “aw crap, I should have took the money”

Absolutely it does. I work with chalk and know exactly what you’re talking about. The super treatment is to lube up and wear cotton gloves. Really works quick.
