Another vote for Tumbleweed. Again, it just works. While I have an older card just begging for the sweet release of death, I’ve had no real issues with nVidia drivers either.

Don’t cut the root off either. Use it to hold the onion together and in my experience also seems to lessen the effect on my eyes.

Because while you and I will just not use their product, many people just accept it and go with the flow because it’s easy.

Tbf this is the first time I’ve heard of it so have no deeper knowledge than what’s presented here, but it does state a platform shutdown so I assumed the whole lot is being disabled.

Sounds pretty centralised to me if it can just be turned off that easily.
