Der Sohn ist gerade in der ADHS-Diagnose und einiges was er durch macht ist mir sehr vertraut - da kommt man schon ins Grübeln.

Vor ein paar Monaten war ich (52) in Reha wegen Depression - die Therapeutin fragte mich unvermittelt ob bei mir nicht in der Kindheit auf ADHS getestet wurde. Naja, damals war das einfach noch kein Thema. Habe die Empfehlung bekommen, eine Diagnose anzugehen.

Gestern habe ich mit ne Kollegin gesprochen (Anfang 60) und gefragt wie sich selbst organisiert. Dass sie ADHS hat, hört man schon nach dem zweiten Halbsatz. Leider hatte sie kein Geheimrezept, sondern nur viel Disziplin und Anstrengung. Es war krass zu hören, wie sie seit Jahren dazu steht, damit umgeht und drunter leidet. Interessant auch zu hören, dass es nicht wenige Betroffene im Betrieb gibt.

Ich denke es gibt eine große Menge Leute, die sich durchwurchteln und arrangieren.
