The implicit assumption in E2EE is that it is taking place on the application layer, while transport encryption happens on the, well, transport layer, or somewhere in between. I think the authors in the linked document mentioned chat communications between users which is definitely application layer.
Just saying, they are not produced in Europe which is what this post is about. 99% of laptops are trash nowadays.

I mean technically you can make JUST the age verification without identification, using a cryptographic protocol. But I doubt they would build it that way.
1·2 months agoDoes it also cover the relationship with scheme? I am mainly interested in the “foundations of computation” aspect of building an executable from minimal well-defined building blocks, so Scheme has been my main interest.
