I’m a US employee but I had a thought. Your employer had to register their entity with your government so it could properly pay taxes and be in compliance with the law. I would assume that you should be able to contact your government to complain. Perhaps this EU page on “How to make a complaint” will be helpful? Or something like that page but from your government? Even if a company has the ability to detect issues, that doesn’t mean they also are investing in paying a peon to monitor and handle the issues. Ah, I see what you mean now. Thanks. I’m trying to get my employer to allow me to relocate to the UK as they have an office there (putting aside Brexit and all the stupid decisions of late they have been making). It’s an uphill battle where at any point someone could veto the decision because they don’t want to have to deal with the headache. I need a bigger company that is willing to go the distance with the legal hoops. That’s usually a massive company like the ones you mention as opposed to a smaller companies that I tend to work for.
