It would be a shame to pirate that game. I don’t think most games are worth what they make you pay but that game is certainly worth more than they ask.

EA, Activision and the like are not worth your money but developers like Larian or Team Cherry are not only worth your money but also really need it to make more games worth playing, without microtransactions, nonsensical quests, bloat and bullshit like that.

In that spike my download speed went from 80 to 2 Mbps, I tried right after with another game, got 80 again. Baldur’s Gate really strained their network

I can see myself completely ditching Facebook, but Google ?

That’s gonna be tough, that means ditching Maps, Youtube, Android and the pixel phone I’m typing on, Google Auth and many more things I can’t be bothered to type.

I wish we could stop what these companies are doing with our data, but I’m not willing to abandon that much convenience.
