1. Introduction

Welcome to TinyLaunchpad. These Terms of Service govern your use of our platform, which focuses on curating and launching quality products every week.

By using TinyLaunchpad, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use our services.

2. Using Our Service

Age Requirements: You must be at least 13 years old to use TinyLaunchpad.

Account Responsibility: If you create an account, you're responsible for maintaining its security and for all activities under your account.

Acceptable Use: When using TinyLaunchpad, you agree not to:

• Post content that's illegal, harmful, or violates others' rights
• Misrepresent yourself or your affiliation with others
• Interfere with the platform's operation or security
• Collect user data without permission
• Use the service for unauthorized commercial purposes
• Submit the same product more than once, or submit duplicate / re-skinned versions of an existing listing
• Manipulate upvotes, rankings, or rewards through bots, scripts, or vote rings
• Bypass, abuse, or attempt to circumvent the moderation and approval process

3. Content & Submissions

Your Content: When you submit projects, comments, or other content on TinyLaunchpad, you retain ownership, but grant us permission to display, modify for formatting, and use that content on our platform and in related promotional channels (homepage, newsletter, social posts, sidebar features).

Responsibility: You're responsible for the content you submit. Make sure you have the right to share it (including logos, screenshots and copy), that it doesn't infringe anyone else's intellectual property, and that it doesn't violate any laws or these terms.

Our Rights: We can remove, hide, edit, or refuse to publish any content at our discretion if we believe it violates these terms or might harm our platform, users, or third parties — even after a launch has been approved or paid for.

Content Enhancement & AI Generation: To improve quality and discoverability, we may enhance, reformat, or optimize the descriptions you provide (improving readability, SEO, structure, tags). For paid “Blog Article + Premium Launch” orders, we use AI (currently DeepSeek) to automatically generate a long-form review article based on your public website. You consent to this AI processing of your public site content as part of the purchase. We do not guarantee a specific tone, length, ranking position, or traffic outcome for AI-generated articles — they are reviewed by us before publication and may be edited, regenerated, or held back if quality is insufficient.

4. Prohibited Content

TinyLaunchpad is a curated directory. We focus on quality products only. The following types of submissions are not accepted and will be rejected during moderation (or removed after publication if discovered later):

• Adult, sexual, or NSFW content of any kind (including suggestive imagery, dating hookup apps, or platforms whose primary purpose is sexual content)
• Gambling, betting, casinos, lottery, “guaranteed returns” investing, pump-and-dump tokens, or unlicensed financial products
• Cryptocurrency rug-pulls, meme-coin shills, NFT mints with no clear utility, or any token / airdrop scheme designed primarily to extract money
• Get-rich-quick schemes, MLM, dropshipping mills, e-book farms, fake AI wrappers with no real product, or anything resembling a scam
• Hate speech, harassment, discrimination, or content targeting protected groups
• Violence, weapons, illegal drugs, self-harm, or content that encourages dangerous behavior
• Malware, phishing pages, credential stealers, or any malicious software
• Cracked / pirated software, illegal streaming, or tools whose main purpose is copyright infringement
• Tools for spamming, scraping personal data without consent, fake review generation, vote manipulation, or anything designed to abuse other platforms
• Plagiarized or stolen products (clones of existing tools without meaningful difference, re-uploads of someone else's open-source project as your own)
• Empty landing pages, broken websites, “coming soon” pages with no actual product, or projects with no clear value proposition
• Political campaigning, religious proselytizing, or content unrelated to a product / tool / service founders would actually use
• Anything illegal in the European Union or the United States, or that violates the rights of third parties

If we reject a free submission, you can revise it and re-submit. If we reject a paid submission (Premium or Blog Article + Premium), we will refund the order in full, minus any payment processor fees that are non-refundable.

5. Moderation & Approval Process

Every launch on TinyLaunchpad goes through a manual review by our team before going live. This is the core of our “quality, not quantity” promise — we don't want to be just another spammy directory.

How it works:

1. Submission. You create your launch via /projects/submit, pick a launch type (Free, Premium, or Blog Article + Premium), and a Monday launch date.
2. Initial state. Your launch is created in a scheduled state and marked as pending review. It is not yet visible to other users and will not appear on the homepage on launch day until it's approved.
3. Review. Our team manually checks the website, copy, logo, category, and overall fit against the rules in section 4 above. We typically review submissions within a few business days. We may contact you for clarifications.
4. Decision. If approved, your launch becomes eligible to go live on its scheduled Monday at 08:00 UTC. If rejected, you'll be notified by email with the reason; you can revise and re-submit (Free) or receive a refund (Paid).
5. Paid launches auto-approve. When you successfully complete a payment for a Premium or Blog Article + Premium launch, your listing is automatically marked as approved. We still review it post-payment and reserve the right to revoke approval and issue a refund if the product violates these terms.
6. Launch day. A scheduled job promotes approved launches to the “ongoing” state on Monday at 08:00 UTC. Launches that have not yet been approved on launch day are skipped and remain scheduled — we will review them and either approve them for the next available Monday or reject them.
7. Post-launch. After launch day, your project remains visible on TinyLaunchpad permanently (subject to these terms). For paid Blog Article + Premium orders, the AI-generated review article is published on our blog within minutes of payment, then reviewed by us and edited if needed.
8. Weekly newsletter exposure. The following week, our automated weekly newsletter is sent to all opted-in subscribers and features (a) the top 3 ranked launches (the “winners”) from the previous week, and (b) all Premium and Blog Article + Premium launches scheduled for the current week. By submitting your project, you agree that if it ranks in the top 3 or is part of a paid plan, its name, logo, short description, and link may be included in this newsletter at no extra cost. Free launches that finish outside the top 3 are not featured in the newsletter.

Editorial discretion. Approval is not a right. We reserve the right to reject or remove any submission for any reason, including reasons not explicitly listed in these terms, in order to keep TinyLaunchpad useful and trustworthy.

Reporting violations. If you spot a launch on TinyLaunchpad that you believe violates these terms (scam, spam, IP infringement, NSFW, etc.), please report it to [email protected]. We investigate every report.

6. Paid Launches, Refunds & Pricing

We offer paid launch options (currently Premium Launch and Blog Article + Premium Launch) processed through our payment provider, Polar. All prices are in USD and exclusive of VAT, which may be added at checkout based on your location.

What paid launches include is described on our pricing page. The list of included features may change over time as we add or improve them, but we will honor what was advertised on the day of your purchase.

Pricing changes. Our prices may increase over time as we grow, without prior individual notice. The price you see on our pricing page at the time of checkout is the price you pay for that single one-time order. There are no recurring subscriptions.

Refunds.

• Premium Launch: refundable in full if requested before your scheduled launch day, or if we reject your submission during moderation.
• Blog Article + Premium Launch: non-refundable once the AI- generated review article has been produced (this typically happens within minutes of payment), because the work has already been performed. If we reject your submission before the article is generated, or if we are unable to generate an acceptable article, we will refund in full.
• Refunds are processed back to the original payment method via Polar and may take several business days to appear.

7. Intellectual Property

TinyLaunchpad platform contains components based on the TinyLaunchpad project, which is licensed under the MIT License. In accordance with the MIT License requirements, we maintain the original copyright notices and license text within our codebase.

TinyLaunchpad Platform: All rights to the TinyLaunchpad platform, including its design, functionality, and proprietary features, are reserved by TinyLaunchpad's owners. The platform code, design, and business logic may not be copied, modified, or distributed without explicit permission.

User Content: Content submitted by users (including project listings, comments, and profiles) remains the property of the respective users, who grant TinyLaunchpad a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content on our platform and for promotional purposes.

8. Third-Party Content

TinyLaunchpad may contain links to third-party websites or services, including projects. We're not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of these third parties.

Your interactions with third-party services are between you and that third party.

9. Termination

We can suspend or terminate your access to TinyLaunchpad at any time for any reason, particularly if you violate these terms.

If your account is terminated, you'll no longer have access to your content or account information.

10. Disclaimers

TinyLaunchpad is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

We're not responsible for the accuracy or reliability of any content posted by users or third parties.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, TinyLaunchpad and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our service.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify you of significant changes, but it's your responsibility to review these terms periodically.

Your continued use of TinyLaunchpad after changes means you accept the updated terms.
