TrainFYI is designed to be a privacy-friendly service. We do not require user registration and do not collect personal information to use our tools.

When you visit our website, our servers automatically log standard access information including your IP address, browser type, referring page, and pages visited. This data is used solely for security monitoring and improving our service.

Search queries entered in our station search are processed on our servers to return results but are not stored or associated with individual users.

We use essential cookies that are necessary for the website to function properly. These include:

We do not use tracking cookies or advertising cookies. Your browsing activity on TrainFYI is not tracked for advertising purposes.

• Cloudflare for content delivery and security (subject to Cloudflare privacy policy)
• jsDelivr CDN for loading open-source libraries (Alpine.js, Geist font)

Server access logs are retained for 90 days for security and operational purposes, after which they are automatically deleted.
