About Tweak
Tweak is a technical blog published by VirtualOx B.V., a Dutch IT company based in the Netherlands. We write practical, hands-on guides for system administrators and IT professionals who work with enterprise infrastructure every day.
The blog focuses on the tools and technologies that keep businesses running: Microsoft infrastructure such as Active Directory, Exchange Server, and Azure cloud services; Linux server administration; networking and firewall configuration; VMware virtualization; and automation through PowerShell scripting. Each article is written to solve a specific problem or walk through a real-world configuration scenario.
All content on Tweak comes from direct, hands-on experience managing enterprise IT environments. We do not publish theoretical overviews or rewrite documentation -- instead, we share the exact steps, scripts, and configurations that have worked in production. Whether you are setting up a new Exchange Server, configuring Azure AD Connect, troubleshooting VMware ESXi networking, or automating repetitive tasks with PowerShell, our goal is to save you the hours of trial and error we already went through.
Beyond Tweak, VirtualOx B.V. develops several software tools and services. myip.foo is a fast, privacy-friendly IP address lookup tool. ComputerName is a lightweight system identification utility. FoxIPTV is a cross-platform IPTV player available on iOS, Android, and Apple TV. All of our products are built with the same philosophy as this blog: practical tools that solve real problems without unnecessary complexity.
