5.1. Payments: Subscription payments are made through third-party payment processors (Paddle, Stripe, and PayPal). We do not store your payment information.
5.2. Pay As You Go: You can pay only for what you use through Small Transfers. Please see Small Transfers' Terms of Service for more information.
5.3. Plan Changes: We reserve the right to change our plans, including their prices and limits. In such cases, we will make every effort to provide sufficient notice, not affect existing subscriptions, and be both fair and transparent.

6.1. Valid Referrals: Referral rewards are only apply when a user refers someone who did not already have an Unattach account when they first used the referral link. A person can only be referred once. If multiple users refer the same person, only the first referral recorded by us will count.
6.2. Discount for the Referred User: A referred user may receive a discount on their first subscription period.
6.3. Reward for the Referring User: The referring user may receive referral credit after the referred user pays for their first subscription period.
6.4. Referral Credit: Referral credit is promotional, has no cash value, is not transferable, is not refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other payment. It can only be used for future Unattach subscriptions.

8.1. You can request to close your account at any time.
8.2. We reserve the right to close your account if you violate these Terms of Service.
8.3. If a Customer's Amount Owed is positive, the Customer must make a payment of the Payment Amount before their account can be closed. If a Customer's Amount Owed is negative, we will not refund the Customer's Credit.
9.1. To the extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for:

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions will continue in full force and effect, and the invalid, illegal, or unenforceable provision will be amended to achieve as closely as possible the effect of the original term.
10.3. Any disputes arising out of or relating to the Platform will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
