Wilds.ai Terms of Service

Effective Date: April 11, 2026

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account on wilds.ai. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age.

Your Content

You own the stories, worlds, characters, companion content, and other creative material you create on Wilds. We do not claim ownership of your creative work beyond the limited rights needed to host it, process it, generate outputs from it, and display it back to you.

Operational Data and Analytics

Wilds also creates platform operational data from your use of the service, including session attribution, playtime, interaction telemetry, favorites, shares, search activity, and creator-performance metrics.

  • Aggregate statistics such as play counts, public ratings, trending scores, and world-level creator analytics are platform data, not private creative content.
  • Restricted operational records may include event logs, timing, model usage, and in some cases prompt or output text needed to operate, debug, evaluate, or improve the service.
  • Raw prompts and transcripts are not sold by default. Wilds does not sell your raw prompts, full transcripts, or companion conversations as standalone personal data products.
  • Separate research/data-licensing opt-in. If you explicitly opt in through account settings, Wilds may treat eligible de-identified interaction records, including prompt or output text where applicable, as available for internal research, model-improvement, or future external dataset / licensing programs. Without that opt-in, those records stay restricted to service operation, support, security, and internal analytics uses described in the Privacy Policy.
  • Guest analytics are strict opt-in. Guest-linked server interaction analytics stay off until the guest browser analytics choice is synced to the backend.

Content Rules

Two categories of content are prohibited because they are illegal:

  1. Sexual content involving minors, including fictional depictions of minors in sexual situations.
  2. Actionable instructions for real-world violence or terrorism.

All other fictional content is governed by Wilds' product policies, safety systems, and distribution settings.

Billing and Subscriptions

wilds.ai offers free and paid plans. Subscription terms, pricing, renewals, cancellation, and credits are described at checkout and in-app billing settings.

  • subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled
  • upgrades may take effect immediately with prorated charges where applicable
  • credit packs, where offered, are digital goods

Refunds

  • Subscription refund requests should be sent to [email protected] within 48 hours of the charge.
  • Credit packs are generally non-refundable once delivered unless required by law or a clear technical failure occurred.

Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for:

  • payment fraud or billing abuse
  • automated abuse, scraping, or evasion of rate limits
  • serious security abuse
  • illegal content or legally required enforcement

Cookies and Analytics

Wilds uses essential cookies for authentication and site operation. With your consent, Wilds may also use browser analytics tools such as PostHog and, in limited legacy deployments, Google Analytics, Clarity, or Plausible. If your browser sends Global Privacy Control, Wilds keeps optional browser analytics off while that signal is active. Guest server interaction analytics follow that browser choice after consent sync. Signed-in users separately control account-level product analytics and research/data-licensing participation in settings.

  • Wilds is an AI-powered product. Outputs may be inaccurate, unexpected, or offensive.
  • You are responsible for how you use generated content.
  • The service is provided "as is" except where prohibited by law.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post updated terms and, where appropriate, provide notice.
