Hey,
I read the book to refresh my knowledge and prepare for the next job interviews.
The "Dependency Inversion" chapter referred to the github repository for the example of abstraction design, but the code is missing.
I thought this PR would be a good start for me to contributing to open source repositories.
I hope you can find some time to review.
