Handle environments created with appose in Fiji

Go to Edit>Options>Manage Appose environments to launch the graphical interface.

You get the list of the environments installed in the default appose directory.

Select the environment to manage and click on:

• See general information: gives general information about the selected environment, as its python manager, python version, location
• See all module versions: gives the full list of installed dependencies and their version
• See GPU information: gives information on gpu-related modules if they are installed (currently torch and tensorflow), their version and if they use the GPU or not
• Delete selected environment to remove entirely the environment.
