This PR adds a few code changes to allow FINN to be compatible with Vivado 2025.2. A new lib is added to be installed in the Docker container and in HLSBackend there is a new function added that searches for floating point subcores in the generated VitisHLS project.
It's currently marked as draft because it hasn't been tested intensively yet.
