Download the latest release zip from GitHub Releases and install via Appearance > Themes > Add New > Upload Theme.

The theme checks for updates from this repository automatically. When a new version is available it will appear in the WordPress dashboard like any other theme update.

The theme is developed locally and deployed to production. There is no build step. CSS lives in assets/css/main.css and JavaScript files are vanilla ES5/ES6 in assets/js/.
