Frisky Mouse is a mouse utility application for Windows. It lets you decorate the mouse cursor by drawing a spotlight around it.

NOTE: This repository is no longer maintained as the application was rewritten in WPF. Please check the GitHub repository of the new new version: FriskyMouse WPF

FriskyMouse is free and open source software licensed under MIT License. You can use it in private and commercial projects. Keep in mind that you must include a copy of the license in your project.
