A cross compiler use clang(llvm).
Here Do Not introduce clang. please see

Now clang is not designed like a cross compiler,but a host compiler.
I want to create a cross compliler of clang.
Use the orignal clang,some script and some configure file(lua script).

Limit.
 Simple to add new cross target.
